In order to help facilitate the return to work process, Teaching Assistants in Unit 1 who have held an assignment in FW 2023-24 or W 2024 are asked to confirm their return to work and readiness to assist as necessary to complete their assignment using this Form. In addition, they are asked to communicate confirmation of their return to work and readiness to complete their assignment in writing to their employment supervisor or course director.
